The Orpheum Lofts are located above the recently renovated Orpheum Theatre, in the heart of the Fashion District and a short walk from Staples Center. Residents share the excitement of living above a working theater which hosts live performances, film screenings and movie shoots. A major supermarket is scheduled to be constructed only four blocks away.

These 37 units are true live/work lofts, with large open spaces that can be customized to meet tenants' long-term needs for a design office, display or creative work space, while still having a comfortable and private living area. Anjac Fashion Buildings, which has owned the Orpheum Building since 1964, has undertaken a major upgrade of the entire building including full seismic reinforcement, all new plumbing and electrical systems, elevator modernization and state of the art fire and life safety systems.

Units range in size from 1,260 to 1,820 square feet, with the average size about 1,300 square feet. All units have large original loft-style windows with downtown views. Six of the units are two-story with an interior stairway flooded with light from the facing windows.

Finished kitchens with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, full bathrooms, central air conditioning and heating are in each unit. All units are Direct TV-ready and will have up to four phone lines available with provisions for DSL. A common laundry facility with TV is available to all tenants.

Secure underground parking is available with inside access from the parking to the building lobby. 24-hour building access for visitors and clients is through an intercom and security doors in the main lobby.
